UPDATE 5/20/2020 Steve Horvath’s group has released a paper detailing applying an epigenetic clock across two different species. The paper can be seen here.

The folks at the wonderful Wyss-Coray lab at Stanford came out with the Aging Plasma Proteome dataset.
